This Privacy Policy does not govern our collection of data through channels other than this Site. CatGuard Rodent Control is a trading name of CatGuard Rodent Control DBA AtticPros Inc.. Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means that company.

Information We Collect

We collect Information when you contact us through the Site. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message describing your problem. We also collect Information that is necessary to identify you and to respond to and fulfill your requests for information or service.

When you submit the form, our systems also record technical details of the request — the page it was sent from, your browser's user agent and your IP address — to protect the form from spam and abuse.

We may also set and access cookies on your computer, but only if you allow them. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

Our Use of Your Personal Information

Error Monitoring

To keep the Site reliable we use Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service, to record technical diagnostic information when something fails — the page or request involved, the error message and the stack trace. It is used only to find and fix problems. Our configuration does not collect personal data: IP addresses, cookies and email addresses are removed before an event is sent, and form submissions are never attached. It sets no cookies. SMS and Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry, appointment or service. Because CatGuard Rodent Control trades as CatGuard Rodent Control DBA AtticPros Inc., those messages may be sent in either name. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by emailing hello@atticprosinc.com or by calling (888) 851-5511. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Business Transfer

If we sell or buy business assets, or if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, customer Information may be one of the transferred assets.
